I am looking at a set of papers of a double Cowee Creek Clint female that was issued in 10/20/2010. It shows Clint had 1,475 pups; 41 GN & 82 NC for a total of 123. If my math is correct ... his percentage is 11.99. That should of had him listed as the #1 Current Male Coonhound, but he was not even listed in the top 10. Somebody help me out, am I missing something?

Used to be once a dog turned 10yr old, if UKC wasn't notified, then they were considered deceased. Idk if that might be the reason or not

I think the current reproducers list only takes into accounts pups born in the last year. Many of Clint's pup's could have been born and titled years ago so they wouldn't count towards the current list.

I may be wrong but I think this or something similar to it is correct.

I Think when a stud turns 12 thay get took off the current list. I got a nice young female out of clint that will be in the hunts starting with walker days

Well one way or another I think he'll make one of the lists. He already has a total of 143 (41 GN & 82 NC), 154 is what he'll need to get on the historical list. I'd say time in is on his side. RIP Cowee Creek Clint.

THE WAY ALLEN SHOWED US A WHILE BACK TO FIGURE PERCENTAGES WAS LIKE THIS....

41 + 82 = 123 TOTAL NTCH N GRNTCH

123 / 1475 = 0.08339 X 100 = 8.339% = 8.34%

STILL NOT BAD THOUGH!

Thanks for the info... I knew I had to be doing something wrong. lol The family and I spent 3 days in a cabin in Bryson City last week. We drove right thru your neck of the woods, If I knew ahead of time, we could of gone hunting Beautiful country!
