Does anyone have info on wild time skipper?

My buddy was telling me about a red tick male. My buddy told me that he heard about him and read about him once on here. Wild time skipper was his name I think he is a nitech? I'm trying to find more about this dog. I got a big river female I thinking about breeding.

Wild Time Skipper Style was a walker dog that was in this country a couple of years back, probably not what you're after though...
