DC-30 Charging ?

My buddy has a DC-30 he has had a little over a year. It is not taking a charge. Contacts have been cleaned etc. Anybody else have this issue? Is there a fix?

I had this problem and I contacted Garmin. They had me send it to them and they would fix it for free they said. I never got it back though because somehow it got lost in the mail and like an idiot I did not insure it.

I had the same problem with mine. I sent it in and they fixed it. It took about 2 weeks to get it back.

Try switching chargers. I had one doing that and since I have four chargers I switched up and it wasnt the collar it is the charger. Now I charge them all and then switch them and havent had any more problems. Need to get off my sorry but and get the charger fixed/replaced.

My buddy had the battery come unplugged in his. He opened it up, and plugged the battery back in, and now it's good.
