Conditional Entries
Is this a correct interpretation of CONDITIONAL ENTRIES?
When someone enters a dog, it's THEIR responsibility to submit correct information & by paying $5 extra for the entry fee they are NOT required to submit registration papers or Easy Entry Card, but if info given to entry taker is incorrect, win can be voided?
In other words, if someone forgets registration papers or Easy Entry Card they could call home, get info & relay it to entry taker?
