How is the wrangler pups doing

I was just wanting to know the good and bad from his pups getting ready to purchase a 5 month female from ohio.thanks j lewis

I had a litter of 8 back in February. They were all beautiful pups.
Of the 8, 1 is no longer with us and the rest are all running track and treeing some. At 9months old, they all show smarts, tracking ability, agility, size and booming mouths. 2 or 3 out of the litter are showing exceptional promise! I have 2 females at my house right now. Both are doing great and show a lot of promise! Give me a call at 724.388.2868 and I can tell you more, show you pictures and videos as well.

I have owned WRANGLER for almost 2 YEARS...

I received some new PUPPY PAPERS TODAY he has 104 pups...

Wrangler was never bred much at all until he was 7... he just turned 9

WRANGLER is not a PROVEN STUD!!! only time will tell that...

His THREE OLDEST LITTERS are about 16 months old...

I have one... she is SUPER NICE you can call David Rice he hunts her for me...440-213-6925

John Gossett has one out of PINE RIDGE CHIC...He price him for $7500.00 to me... you can call him...812-661-2550

John Treadwell has an outstanding YOUNG FEMALE he likes alot...918-636-1815

OLD HOMER and FRED ARE HIS BROTHERS HE HAS A LONG WAY TO GO TO CATCH them... they where TWO GREAT REPRODUCERS...

When Wrangler stayed beside his DADDY (COWEE CREEK CLINT) most of his life he was not bred much...

thanks mr joe and justin hello bob had two i went over to bobs thursday and set in the truck i picked the one that was sitting and acting like she had alot going for her the other one jumping and barking she was wild. im sending her up to mich for a few months and let roscoe and blaze train her in the swamps
i had real good luck with the fred pups and i new wrangler had the same mother and she had some nice hounds and i had good luck with the clint pups so all you can do is keep them in the woods and hope for the best .and thanks you mr gene for the

if he follows his pedigree he should throw some nice pups but them pups have a momma to and as far as im concerned i look more into the hound she is and the hound shes throwing moreso than the stud she bred to. jmo ck out momma the blood is there all you can do is your part and give the pup a 100% chance to make. which 98% of pup today never get an hionest chance. jmo

my granddaughter named the new pup wendy she loaded her up in the truck and i took wendy and freds hunting friday night the pup acted really good she was a afraid of the gun shot two out to
freds and wendy and she smelled the coons not bad for only having her two days. only time well tell you cant make them run and tree are you can do is put them in the woods. happy hunting j lewis

if you are directing that towards me well this put was 16 months old and all it wanted to do was run, not my kind of dog ,it better be treeing dont care about all that running crap, i want to know where the conn is not where he has been .i will get rid of every one like that dont want all that boo hooing all night after it trails past coon.

I was not directing towards anyone or anything just stating that the studs get all the credit when a pup does great and get drug through the mud when they don't. And it's possible that wrangler won't do his part but he might be as good as Fred or homer or better.my personal opinion for not much that it's worth is the female has more of an outcome on what the pups become than the male,,,!!!!!point is proven in the stats. Top females are above 60percent where a top male will be 10 percent if he's lucky.

You got a good point about the female i have hunted with the mother of this pup a many nights and have hunted with her pups
she was bred to eagel,cascade jack,trackman,wrangler she has had some good and some not but i like what i have seen so far

When I called Mr. Wolfenbarger about breeding my female to Wrangler, his 1st questions to me where about my female. He was more concerned with what kind of hunting abilities she had BEFORE anything was bred. I have a lot of respect in a man like that.

It makes sense too! Wrangler has been at stud for almost 2 years with Gene and he ONLY has just over 100 pups on the ground. I'd say with that at hand, Gene isn't breeding every female that comes to his doorstep.

Mr. Lewis and others interested in pups off of Old Wrangler: You may want to give Todd Norfleet a call. I'm pretty sure there's a litter out there out of Wrangler from when he was just around 2 years old. He's 9 now...

did you watch the video of my pup, im going to put him in the woods tonight just to have some fun, my female is in heat and me and my little boy just want to go out for a little while
