reflective tape on garmins

Will reflective tape on the ant. affect the tracking distance.

Shouldn't. When I first bought mine I put those colored sleaves on mine and it didn't seem to hurt it any.

I've got reflective tape on my antenna, and several strips here and there and wherever I could stick a strip of it. It might look a little funny, but I'll probably be able to find it if I ever drop it. I never noticed any difference on how it picked up after I put the tape on it.

Put a little on your receiver too! One night when it falls out of your pocket, you will be glad you did.
