Thanks, appreciate it. Buddy took the dog pictured (Moose) and my Cameron female (Belle) out tonight. Yes it is legal to hunt cats here at night, and bears. Hopefully he can find a lion track to put em on or another bobber.

Yeah ill be heading down to Oregon for a week to visit my inlaws and visit with my wifes family. Buddies are going to hunt my dogs when Im gone it sounds like so hopefully they still get to see some game. Forecast says snow pretty much everyday, or at least a chance. When does your season open?

Not til the middle of December.

Does it last quite awhile or is it a shorter season? We can run bears and cats all year round. There so many bears its hard to get a cat during the other times of the year. I only managed to get one bobber and one lion during the summer/fall months.

Caught another one tonight. Got back from a 11 hour drive from Southern Oregon and put this cat up tonight for a buddy and his dad. Had a good time with good friends. Going to hit it again in the morning. Maybe chase a deer or two!

NICE JOB...... keep the pic coming

Caught this lion this morning. Was just a dimple in the snow when I started it. Had a good 3-4in of snow in it. Was slow going and after about 3 miles and a few hours the dogs got it up. 2 hour round trip with the hike in and out with the cat.
