Garmin Reset?

I still have been using my old dc20 and it works almost as good as my dc30 until a few weeks ago.
When I turn the dc20 on it lights up and thats all. It will not track, can't re add it to the astro, and it does not blink, and will not turn off. I unplugged the battery trying to reset it but that did not work.
Anybody know how to reset the dc20?
