what couls i do

i work on a veg farm and every yr he plows down about 8 acres of sweet corn most of it still has corn on it to me it seems i could do something with the corn for winter use so what could i do with it?

can it. freeze it. etc.

ya iv got enuff of it canned and froz thati could eat corn with every meal for the next ten yrs lol

Here in MN there are veg. stands with kids selling sweet corn all over. Also honor system trailers. Most people around here will pay but not all. Will they let you sell it?
