UKC HUNT ADVERTIZED IN BOOK. HUNT TIME NO UKC HUNT PACKET.

CAN THAT CLUB HOLD THAT HUNT & FILL OUT PAPERWORK LATER?
I SAY ANSEWER IS NO BUT NOT SURE.

If the event is advertised then, yes, hold it. Don;t turn people away that came to an advertised event. The paperwork can be dealt with fairly easily vs. turning participants away.

Lol, well, I wish I had been able to convince those folks of that on the night that it happened. But , oh well, they learned from it so if it ever happens again, they will know what to do.
