I WAS LOOKING AT THE SCORES FROM THE FIRST ROUND FRIDAY NIGHT.

HERES WHAT UKC POSTED AS THE CAST WINNERS. I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED NOW.

I THOUGHT THE TOP 3 SCORES AUTOMATICALLY ADVANCE TO FINAL CAST?

IF SO, HOW DID TINY GET ADVANCED TO FINAL ROUND WHEN HER SCORE WAS THE 4TH HIGHEST?

AND WHY DID DOUBLE DUECE HAVE TO HUNT 2ND ROUND WHEN HE HAD THE 3RD HIGHEST SCORE?

SO SHOULDNT THE FIRST 3 SPOTS HAVE BEEN:

I AM SOOOOOOOOO CONFUSED? SOMEONE CLEAR UP WHAT I AM MISSING PLEASE. LOL.

I noticed that to. Thought maybe the score was a miss print other wise it doesn't make any sense. UNLESS THEY WERE JUST CATERING TO THE GIRLS. LOL!

YOU MAY BE RIGHT. IT SAID OTHER SCORES IN THAT CAST WERE 0 25- AND 75-.

I BET IT WAS A TYPO. IT CAN HAPPEN EASILY. HERCULES FINISHED WITH 125+ ON FRIDAY NIGHT AT ZONE 6, BUT THEY PUT 25.

IM CONVINCED A MISPRINT. WHEW! MY BRAIN WAS FRAZZLED WITH ALL KINDS OF UH OHS AND WHAT IF'S.

POOR DEARS PROBABLY TYPING WITH ONE EYE PROPPED OPEN. I KNOW THEY ARE WORE OUT! IT'S BEEN A LONG AND STRESSFULL WEEKEND FOR SURE!

Christy, Allen brought the scorecard in to review and found that I mis-read it. The correct score is 150+, not 750+.

lol...that is a good justification considering they hunted multiple nights.

They probably got lower scores because they are not making a dozen different drops this year per hunt. (Cleaner hunt this year all the way around maybe)

I would venture to say the scores are lower because by the time you get to the top 100....you've eliminated most of the "cover dogs" and you're walking to more split trees? Hmmmmmm. :-/ might should go by the amount of "coon seen" vs scores when trying to compare the two hunts.

FACT! in michgian madness i never once made a drop where all dogs where together i hunted with more COON DOGS! up there in a week than i hunted in most my life. most of the time you was going to 3 or 4 splits every time and i never seen no huge scores but seen a pile of coons and some nice dogs

Along those lines...

If memory serves me correctly some years back a certain dog was officially declared to be the overall hunt winner of the Albany Ga Winter Classic then later it was re-figured and another dog was declared the winner. The mistake was published in 'THE BOOK' as I recall. Please correct me if I'm wrong!
