Ownership Transfer?

I just bought a dog that is UKC registered... my questions are, do I need to transfer ownership into my name from his previous owners? Also if so, how much is this and what form is required to do so?

Yes you do need to transfer ownership to your name. You do this by completing the UKC registration form you should have received from the person you acquired the dog from. The fees are listed on the back of the registration paper.
