WV Hunting Legend has passed on!
Mr. Kermit Rogers has passed on this morning, there will be a huge whole in the hearts of his family and friends.....I personally grew up following Kermit and my dad coonhunting....they would allow me to tag along even before I should have been.....I learned alot about what type of hound I wanted at a young age, and Kermit had that type of hound.....May he rest in peace and please pray for his family, that they will be able to deal with their loss. God Bless the Rogers family!

I never got to hunt with Kermit, but really enjoyed talking to him at a hunt way back. I remember that he had a little female named Shannon that he was really proud of.
May God bless his family.
Thanks everyone....just to let you know his wife Betty and family are keeping their heads up and doing as well as can be expected....as most of you know Kermit would not want any fuss to be made.....but everytime I find myself thinking of him and his hounds my heart is sadened! Please feel free to share any stories of good times you shared with Kermit on here for everyone to read! I think we should enjoy his life not dwell on his passing!
