The coons are runnin'

goooooood here now. Got down around 50 last night and the corn is ripe. Great cornfield chases happening. Anybody interested in coming up for a hunt this fall, give me a holler.

hey how's it going you can count on me coming for a hunt and maybe your get uporth to come for a hunt with me. my little female doing a great job for me right now. i took her out with the old man the other night(wylie) and she give him a good smoking, 1st and 1st on the 1st drop had the coon she got shocked about 4 time on a hot fence on the tree(not good thing to happen to young dog at 13 mobnths old) then on the 2nd drop had 1st and 1st again on a good cornfield chase . i shot both them coon down to her. she not much of a kill dog though i kinda wonder if she even knows why she treeing she just knows to but enough of me bragging you'll get to see her go.

same thing here in western new york took my two pups 8 months old over to a friends farm just befor sundown neverseen so many coon in the corn pups had a blast little female grabbed a kitten coon by the hind leg as the coon hit the base of the tree to climb coon bit into her collar that pup shook it loose and killed it i was amazed as it was only the third time out

The coon have been running better in Kansas too since we finally got a break from the heat. I had a pretty good bean field race Wednesday night after midnight.
