Try making balls of Caned Salmon, Eggs and a little Corn Oil .. I don't like the Hamberger Route Unless its fresh Ground Beef meaning it hasn't been Hung for 30 days ..

if hes 7 weeks old and only been wormed once that may be you problem... to each his own but i worm at least every week from 3 weeks on till they are 8 to 10 weeks old then slow to every 2 to 3 weeks... we have a very bad worm problem here whether they are on the ground or off

It could be coccidia not sure if thats the correct spelling but this could be your problem.

if your worming with nemex worm him everyday until you dont see those strings he has hook worms

NEMEX - not effective

WORM 5 DAYS IN A ROW WITH PANACUR!!!!!!!!
Worms build up a resistance to Nemex.
