will love it. I went to Oaks several yrs ago and only missed one in the last 8 yrs. I have big hunts around me here in NC but I would rather drive 8 or so hrs. to this one than 2hrs to the ones here in NC. I really do like going to Oaks. It is really a nice setup for sure. Hope you get the chance to go this year you will like it. Far as the Waffle Ice Cream Cones they are off the chain. Take care and God Bless.

what is the land out there that most will be hunting on. swampy or nice dry flat land

you can get into all kinds at AO because sometimes you have to travel a while to the hunting location.

Majority of the hunting will be flat, patch woods full of coon. You can get into some hills in spots but nothing to severe. Up north farther you may hit a swamp or two.

once you go you'll want to go every year I went last year for the 1st times and had a blast even though I was sick and almost past out in the show ring lol
I wouldnt have given up going for nothing the Ice cream is to die for and yes you can find almost anything you want there from dog collars , benches , leads , clothes , lights and yes puppys and much more
