NC "Vote NO -- Commercial Dog Breeder/Puppy Mill Bill S460"

REMINDER!! Keep fighting against SB#460 Commercial Dog Breeders/"Puppy Mill Bill"

It is time to kill SB#460 in the NC House of Representatives! The Commercial Dog Breeder Bill aka "Puppy Mill Bill" is a hot topic in the 2010 NC General Assembly.

We are fighting to stop this bad dog bill. We need your continuing help to defeat HSUS & PETA. We are working to stop the bill from coming to a vote in the House of Representatives or to be defeated if a vote occurs.

Please email and call your Representative. You want him/her to vote NO to any version of the "Puppy Mill Bill". It is vitally important they hear from dog hunters this week.

HSUS, PETA, and the animal rights activists are busy. Members of the NC House of Representatives are still receiving emails in favor of SB#460. The emails may be from out of state, but the numbers are large. Their lobbyists are working the halls of the legislature. Further, they have a Legislative Day planned for tomorrow, Wednesday, June 2, 2010.

The NC House of Representatives must hear from you, the responsible dog owners & breeders. Your calls and emails will have great impact in Raleigh, especially when you mention you live here in North Carolina. Politely ask the Representative to protect dog owners and breeders by voting NO to SB#460.

Below find the list of all 120 Representatives, with districts and email addresses. If the links don't work, copy the email address into your email. Please use as your subject line: "Vote NO -- Commercial Dog Breeder/Puppy Mill Bill S460". Be brief and polite as you ask the Representative to vote NO.

Remember to include your name and address in the body of your email to demonstrate you are a voter in North Carolina. Take special care to contact YOUR OWN REPRESENTATIVE. Also, contact all Representatives you know personally. The list of all 120 Representatives is below. You may call any legislator by calling (919)733-4111 and asking for that legislator. For more detailed information, including the name of your own Representative, please visit the web site of the NC General Assembly: www.ncleg.net.
