Arkansas State Championship

The Arkansas State Coonhunters Association will be hosting the Arkansas State Championship this year at Imboden, Ar on May 28th and 29th.

Dog boxes will be awarded to the overall Bench Show winner and the overall Nite Hunt winner.

Fridays Bench Show Judge will be Mr. Ron Cooper. Saturdays Judge will be Mr. Gene Allhands.

Both Friday and Saturday are Purina Events.

There will be plenty of good food and fellowship available so bring the family and have a good time.

For more information consult Coonhound Bloodlines or call Mr. Mike Wallin at (870) 759-0192

Has the hunt format changed? You said the dog box goes to the overall winner. In the past there has always been a King and Queen we never recognized an overall winner.

The hunt format has not changed. There will still be a King and Queen.

The dog boxes will be for the over high scoring dog and the over show winner I think , one for hunt and one for show.
Will be a good hunt!!

Is King of Hunt, high scoring cast winner from either night or will a double cast winner beat a single cast winner with a higher score?

It'll be nice to see you. There's plenty of shade at the fairgrounds. Mid 80's during the day and mid to upper 60's at night. Just right for a coon hunt.
