Dog shaking head

What all would cause a dog to shake their head. His ears seem to look good in and out. Any info would be helpful.

Our female would get funny acting even thoug her ears looked clean and nothing really ever came out of them. We started to clean them regularly and the problems gone. Ear problems can cause some strange things. OUr dog would walk around "drunk" before we started cleaning her ears every 2-3 weeks.

2 or 3 cc in each ear and hold ear up and gently massage in, it will stop the shacking. LYSTERENE, it is a anticptic

Let me guess he does it when he's in the pin just idol braking(bark/shake/bark/shake)etc. RIGHT. Probally just needs a good cleaning. You can get just ear cleaner at your local CO-OP or Tractor supply.

I had an old guy look at it today and he said they looked good other than being a little dirty. He said just clean them out with some vinager water and it should take care of it. He mainly just does it when hes laying down and gets up(which i know most dogs do) but he does it more than any dog ive ever seen. Ill try a few things yall said, and i appreciate the help.

If its mites, or canker, there are several treatments available. If it is fungus related......different ball game. Don't mean to discourage you, but I had a dog that shook her head, took her to several vets, spent 100's of dollars, tried every home made remedy, nothing helped. Take your dog to the vet to find out for sure just what's going on. Good Luck!!
