Wood chucks

How do you get rid of wood chucks without dogs or shooting them? Is there any type of bait you can use with a live trap that they like?

Bait

Bait your trap with salad greens, whole kernel corn, carrot tops, carrots, apples, potato, beans, pea pods or cucumber. They like most vegetables. The key is to get it where you know they are feeding. This time of year they probably have already got kits if it's a female. Getting rid of her before they are big enough to come out on their own will save you from having to catch a whole litter later on.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood ?

All the wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.

I couldn't help myself.
