Braggin Our Down Syndrome girl at Special Olympics

Just wanted to take a moment to share with everyone how proud we are of Katie!! She won 1 Gold Medal in the 400 meter 1 Silver Medal in 100 meter. She also got Bronze Medals in Softball Throw & Long Jump. She just turned 12yrs old in April.

WOoooooHOOOOoooo! CONGRATS! Awesome job! Bob got CHILLS looking at the pix... I LOVE to see it so much... I'm sure I have talked about my involvement in special olymics and spec. needs riding instruction etc... BUT What I really love about this is that we have seen Katie Grow so much over the past couple of yrs! It feels even more special. Speaking of grow... I can't get over how TALL Katie has gotten!
