HTX Start Times are they deadlines?

we waited for someguys to show that called and were on the road. 1 hour later they showed.than we could get on with it.is this right? or is the advertised time the deadline?

I don't know what the rule is for HTX either but I do know this much, if "a good person waits" and takes entries after deadline at a nite hunt event or bench show, they will for sure being hearing from UKC about it and prolly not more than one time! I suspect the same goes for HTX but maybe not.

Show up late and let us know how it went.

Well UKC {Todd} told me that since each dog is hunting against them self the deadline is only a guidline in the HTX case. The hosting club has the right to wait on someone coming if they are aware but does not have to by any means.
