New Bench Show Project

Haven't been showin too much lately, my stepdad's got a nice little female that might just get me back into it. Take a look and let me know what ya think. I'll try to get a few better pics on here later, was home alone today and it was beautiful out so I decided to put her on the bench and work some. This was the best pic I could get by myself! lol. She hasn't been worked with much at all, but I'm confident that with some time she'll polish off nicely. Thanks for taking a look!!

Danielle there is nothing wrong with that hounds looks you will do good on the bench and i love that color reminds me of the english female i had once she had looks and was one of the best coonhounds i ever owned good luck to you .

Corky, she's lanky and well built, but not big enought that she's sloppy. Clean cut and on the larger side, gotta love it no matter what the breed.

WV, haha I'm not usually too focused on prepping a dog for the bench. Just something I've gotten away from. Kind of excited to get back into it.

ByFaith, will do. But I'm pretty sure she'll be around here awhile. Not only does she look pretty good on the plywood she's lookin even better on the hardwood. Definitely one of Jamie's most promising dual purpose dogs. But thanks for your compliments! Tri-color is my favorite as far as english dogs go! lol

I should of got into plotts long time ago. They are so different from the blues and the english.
I mean I still love the english but these plotts are different.. I cannot even explain it.
Crank is really coming on strong in the woods, I am hoping to put him in the nite hunts next year. Mike is going to be hunting Kit in the nite hunts next year too.. Pepper is already gamey, she trees the cat all the time.

I think you and your sister are doing a fine job out in the woods and the plywood with your dogs and other people's dogs..
I think very highly of you two,... I am hoping that you would come over to Sinclairville NY July 3rd Plott Sectional.. If you need a place to stay, let me know...

I figured she would make a coondog and love her pedigree too. That combined with her looks is why I like her so much. As a English breeder, believe me, when I say a nice dual purpose dog is hard to come by. Good luck with her!
