Performance Nomination Application?

I'm filling out a litter of pups litter registration application and they are Performanced, I assumed it had a place to "nominate" the litter on this apllication, but it doesn't. Where can I find that, or will UKC send it to me after they recieve the litter registration?

clyde you have to write up your own application and send it in. damdest thing i ever heard of. caused a big mixup for me but Allen did get it straightened out for me though.

Dang...I Performanced Brummy and am mailing in his DNA stuff tomorrow, I did find out I can't nominate them until his DNA is done, I'll call them when its finished and see what they want me to do I reckon....

they must have updated it. they told me they took if off the litter application becuase too many foo foo dog owners were performancing their litters of lap dogs.

Thankfully this Blue dog is faster than me! Thanks Dennis, I have to wait anyway though because they don't have his DNA yet, sending it in tomorrow.
