Does anyone know the name and number for the gentleman who does the freeze branding at black and tan days every year?

guys I talked with John last week and due to health problems it's doubtful he'll be able to make it to B&T Days let alone do any branding this year..

we need to pressure Vaughn (Johns son) into it!!

i second that on vaughn ,i spoke with john about a month ago and he told me he didnt think he would make it this year but if not i guess i'll be going to michigan later in the year i got a dog that needs branded

Freeze Branding is a very simple process is very simple. Just make your brand out of copper rod 3/8" round, flatten the side that will be next to the hound, I have used liguid nitrogen, which is the most friendly user, place the brand in the liquid nitrogen until it stops boiling, place some green rubbing achol on the place you want the brand, hold brand in place for 25 - 30 seconds.

The brands tend to look best in the flank or some place where the brand can make flat contact with the skin.
