-- Question about Rule 4(G). (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=348232)
Question about Rule 4(G).
(g) Dogs treeing, but not declared treed, when Judge arrives, will be minused on tree points on "off" game or slick tree. Points will be determined by next available position in the case of one dog, or split available tree points in the case of two or more dogs. Dogs shut out on strike on slick tree or "off" game will receive minus tree points only.
Assume 3 dog cast with 2 dogs treeing.
What would happen to a dogs strike points, if there is a dog treeing on a tree with other dogs that is not declared treed and off game is seen?

Any dog treeing but not declared treed when the judge arrives gets assigned next available position on the tree and minus strike and tree unless the dog was shutout on strike, then it would just be minused tree points and strike deleted.

No, dog treed but not declared treed will not be scratched on NITECH or GRNITECH cast. Only time there is a save from being scratched for off game.

If the dog is there treeing when the judge/cast arrives and it is a Nite Ch cast YES all 3 are scratched, doesn't matter weather it was declared treed or not.
Registered cast) All 3 get minused on strike and tree, unless one was shut out on strike, then just minus tree points.
Buckshot your purty fast but not fast enough LOL.
