What HAPPENS

Three dog cast,b&c have already left two declared trees of theirs and pulled to dog a who has not been declared treed yet,b&c pull up again but have not been declared treed,a comes with in 40 yards of the cast and trees, before he did the stationary had been placed on b&c,by handler a,and he trees a and ask to go to him, because b&c are stationary tree with five working,is this allowed. He is saying b&c have been declared treed by him and when his dog came treed we could go to him because all dogs had been declared treed, and the dog was right there at the cast.

So what happens with this ?
I figure a stationary rule is not a treed call, but a presumption call that they are treed, but a tree had not been called actually on b&c by their handlers. So therefor they were not declared treed.

Wait until the 5 is up on the stationary and if b&c are treed, then walk in to a
