rule?

dogs drawed out cast called. 3 of 4 are there ready to go 1 is not. ask for him. and some one said he went to get his dog . how long do you have to wait for them to get back to the club before the other .3 can leave ? is it 1 hr like a time out or do they have to have there hound on the grounds?
