hound hunting

I would like to no are there any states that you have to register your bear packs with the state and if so how is it done and

work. I would also like to no if your state allows out of state hounds to run in your state

In Alaska you have to get a permit from the area biologist that you want to hunt in. In the permit you have to list the number of dogs that will be hunted. This is for hunting black bear.
