AKC PAL registration to UKC LP registration?

A friend wants to register her dog with the UKC for Limited Privileges. The dog has PAL (Purebred Alternative Listing) registration with the AKC. Will she need to send photos of her dog with her UKC LP registration or just the form and the fee? Thanks much!

If she lists the dog as a Purebred on the LP application, then yes, we would require the photos.
