Pups-inside/outside?

Do you think a pup raised inside has a little head-start than the one raised in the kennel. I raised one since Dec. 4 in my house and it has more brains, grit, guts, heart, stamina then any pup I ever had. If it is half as good as it's mother I will be happy. Gotta go, "SOLO's" in trouble again. Good Luck and Good Hunting!

There is no doubt in my mind that dogs raised in the house are smarter than pen raised dogs.

We've done both, and the ones kept inside always seem to be more outgoing and not as shy or timid.

Had a litter born 12-16 that stayed in for 4 1/2 weeks, they are outside now but not a one of them is at all shy! And, they are HUGE! They just seem to be healthier inside. At 7 weeks old now they look three months old.

It's a big hassle, and large litters sure are messy, but I guess it's worth it. I can say that now that these guys are outside! LOL.
