California; hound hunting on the ballot!

CADFG is in the process of selecting the new management proposals for bear hunting in California, many of the proposals are pro-hunting. HSUS has just come forward and said if CADFG adopts any of the proposals they will have an anti-hound hunting initiative on the ballot, possibly as early as the next voting session!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you will all help us in the fight we are about to face, to help go to the California Outdoor Heritage Alliance website and the California Houndsmen for Conservation website, thats the best I can tell you at this point.

Go to the UKC coonhunters forum " sticky " at the top hound hunters take notice. Post on here we have had different things on here for HSUS and have been Emailing Megan Sewell about hound hunting and the video she has on here. We all need to stick together and get after them.

Posted on the sticky, we are really going to be needing some help here in California soon, if they shut California then the whole west coast is closed to bear hunting with dogs (and quite possibly it will be ALL MAMMALS on the ballot).
