Making a dummy coon for running season.

Has anyone tried this. Using a bird cap gun for fire shots, and taking a tanned coon hide with a 10 pound sand bag sewed inside of it and covering it with coon scent. Take the coon and put it in plastic garbage bag and carry aroundin coat game bag. When pup trees fire cap gun throw dummy coon in air like it's falling from tree and let pup muffle it. Just a thought I am thinking about and wondering if any one has done this.

No, but, I had a little neighbor boy that used to tease the hounds that I threatened to do that very thing to. Put a stop to the teasing.....
