need some training tips
i got a pup traininer and took her and my year old male out out today..she opened on track and was tracking, but my year old male was running around but would come back and follow her for alittle bit then back to running around... this is his 2nd time running with another dog, first time i ran him with her but only for 10 mins...she is 7 and alittle slow..... i was hoping that maybe she would run ole mr rabbit so my male would also give in to the chase, but we didnt see any rabbits....any tips would be greatlu appreacited....
thanks
chris
Try putting both in the same kennel for a while. This way they will become use to each other and the younger hound will eventually stay with the older hound. This has worked for me many times.
Best of luck.
