Litter Registration (When?)

It has been 10 weeks plus since the litter registration was first sent to UKC. I have filled out forms answered emails, printed forms, filled out more forms. I have not received the puppy papers yet. I also paid for RUSH service for this litter to be registered 10 plus weeks ago. I have registered at least 4 other litters out of this same female over the last 4 to 5 years and never ever had this kind of problem getting the papers. UKC has my current address and always has been notified of any address change. Why has something simple turned into something so difficult? Please inform me of the status of Litter Registration #73613.

The litter has been registered with us and your papers were mailed back to you on the 28th.

What is the problem?

I have not received the papers. Please email me, call me, pm me,or reply to this as to why it continues to be a problem in getting my papers to me in a timely manner, especially since RUSH service was paid, but never received. Please double check the status of my litter registration #73613.

We could not initially provide RUSH processing, due to the fact that there was a problem with the application. I would expect you ro receive your papers this week. You can send me a P.M. with your address and I can verify that is where we sent the papers to. Just be sure to give me the litter control number in the P.M. as a reference.
