Dog House plans?

Does anyone have any good dog house plans? Im going to start to build some new ones for my dogs and was just wanting to get some ideas since im not sure of what i want. Anyone that has pics or plans or some ideas would be great!

What I would suggest is, look at K-9Kondo. They sell swinging metal doors for dog houses...if you make your own you can get those doors to put on your houses. Really helps a lot.

I like to build mine as a two compartment house. One is open to the front and back, in a colder climate open only to the front, and a small door with a heavy flap into the closed box from the side of the open box.

Where you live I would make the walls double with an air space between the two walls. DO NOT make the box air tight, it muct breathe or the condensation will make it wet inside and freeze the dog.
