Bill Koons of Colorado?

Has anyone heard of this guy. There was an article about lion hunting in the Full Cry around 5-6 years ago. Seems to me he and his family were maybe outfitters. He had a line of blueticks that had been in his family for a long time. Had some nice leggy looking dogs. Would like to visit with him if possible. I have gone through my old Full Crys and cannot find the article to save my sole. Am missing a couple issues. Any help appreciated. Thanks!!
