Hound Found in Indiana

I was looking on www.archerytalk.com on there bow hunting page there is a thread there about a found hound, the hound is skinny and looks to have been out a while. Anyway the dog has a orange collor on it with a name tag but the lady won't call the owner because she thinks it beeing mistreated
the dog is black and white, if anyone knows of a missing hound let them know

I read the post and the dog was in southeast Indiana so it isn't Dean's dog.

Just a little advice. Never read dog posts on a deerhunting forum unless you have something that works very well for heartburn.

well I sent a pm to the original poster to this site so she can post the dog on the lost and found. I can only hope she takes the opportunity to do the right thing
