HSUS in the restaurant biz

received an email from SAOVA about HSUS buying shares in Steak-n-Shake and Jack in the box. here is an excerpt about the other chains they are in:

Lets just hope someone will put a stop to this buying. if you are non-profit, how can you buy into for profit businesses, and keep your status? I'll bet ole Bill Gates is funding the lobbyist for them for that one.
