This is just my opinion but I think what you will find is that unless you have a friend that is a bearhunter and knows both you and your dogs really well it will be tough to find someone to tag along with.
Most bearhunters put alot of time, energy and plain hard work into getting as close to a "perfect pack" as can be and tend to shy away from introducing a dog(s) that they don't know into the hunt.
No harm or rudeness meant by it at all, they just know what they have and most have worked incredibly hard to get there.
If you've ever been to a bear tree you know that things can happen quick and it may take a long time to get there, with the wrong mix of dogs things could go bad in a hurry for one reason or another.
I'd just plug away with what you have. By the looks of this weather that's moving in you've got all winter to come up with a plan. Good luck. wd

well said WD
ok thanks
I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING WAYNE IS TRUE BUT IF NHTRAPPER WAS TO TAG ALONG WITH SOMEONE FROM NH THAT HAS A GOOD PACK OF HOUNDS I CAN'T SEE WHY HE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WALK HIS DOGS IN TO THE TREE FOR A RE- RUN WITH JUST HIS DOGS JMO TIM
