Youth Hunt Requirements

Can anyone tell me where I can find the guidelines (age, etc.) for the youth hunts? I know a 17 yr. old interested but not sure if he is too old or not. He will be 18 in October of 2010.

if you are refering to this youth hunting in the youth world, he can not be 18 anytime before, or during the hunt. I'm not sure what the youth world date is. hope it helps. there is also a section in the rule book about youth requirements.
