Name change

I recently got an LP registration on my mixed breed for obedience. Now, due to a divorce, I will be changing my name. How do I change this on the registration? I would also like to change the spelling of the dog's name on the registration (my error). Can I do this at the same time? Thanks.

Return your card with $16.00 and ask for the two things you want. Send it to my attention so there is no trouble. Thank you.

Another question about this...

I am planning on entering the dog in an obedience trial in October and possibly another one in November. Should I go ahead and enter him, then send the card back with the changes I want? Or should I wait until I won't be showing him in a few months? If I register him for the October show, should I submit the information that is currently on the card or the new information? Do I need to take his card with me if I preregister him for the show? (I know this may be a question for the events area, but since it concerns changes in registration as well, I thought I'd ask you.) Thanks for all your help.

It's always a good idea to carry your card with you. This way you can make sure that everything is written down correctly. I would put it in my wallet and keep it there.

As for sending it back to us, you can do that when it is the most convenient for you. You have the number so you can enter any events. But like I said above, I would feel more comfortable having it with me in case there is some kind of mess up.
