Can you convert your current light into an LED head?

Has anyone tried replacing the factory bulb on your headlight with an LED high lumen bulb? There are plenty of bulbs out there. If you've tried it and think the results are good, where did you buy the bulb, what was it exactly and how much? Thanks.
