You think bad doggie is in her future? ( : Maybe, she is sure full of it. It is the first Walker I have ever had. First female I have had in a lot of years. Except one for a short time thing.
She is out of Extreme Insane X and Miss M. Sure like her so far. Thanks for the nice comment.

I figure you are LUCKY she's not any bigger yet...or that table cloth would have come off with ALL the stuff on top??? LOL....
She is really very CUTE... When I first hunted, back in the day, I took care of a bunch of NICE Walkers and red dogs... I love all the breeds but I still feel that Walkers introduced me to coonhounds...
As for pups...LOL.. can't raise them HERE... we're hopeless at discipline.(I am) Some day if Bob can retire and train a pup and actually HUNT... he can deal with it...without me. I tend to crack up at "bad" behavior...I blame it on brain injury but...I'll admit I was pretty bad before that too... Tend to spoil animals(and kids)....
Really hope this pup works out for you! I think raising one yourself and training it must be real rewarding.
have FUN! Heather

... You are NOT kidding! I used to love teaching kids, pups, horses etc... Since I had my brain injury...I get too frustrated and "do it myself" instead of teaching...and that doesn't work at all with pups.... With pups I would just be too patient. Our adult(pet) coonhounds are hopeless... The older bluedawg came after a hunting career WITH some manners as an adult but the BnT was still an older pup, around 7 mos. with a bad background in his first pet home... we "improved" him to the point WE can live with him...LOL... but he is too spoiled for "normal people"...and he is NO hunting dog...
I love to watch people raise pups, on here. SInce I can't do it and am limited in any hunting too... I follow the progress of lots of dogs on here. It's been fun and actually made me some friends over the last few yrs too...
Keep Having FUN... and whenever you mess with those pups AND kids... you are doing a great service for the future!
Heather

Yea didn't mention horses but I love to mess with them too. Don't get to any more don't think my back could take it any more anyway. I have 2kids,5 grand kids and 5 dogs so I got plenty to love and work with. Kid and grand kids are my life. The dogs are just to keep me from wearing out my welcome with the rest. lol
I will be posting a lot about my pups. I have a blustic 6 months old too. Glad to meet you Heather

Hey, Grady,
Nice to meet you too! Another crazy horseperson too! I'm a city girl(was)... but was horse crazy and my folks saw that it was a REAL thing in my life...so I was able to learn and make it my carreer till I was hurt. LOVED IT! That was how I met Bob and coonhounds!
Will be watching for news on the pups! I forgot to tell you the picture with the coat...was priceless. Ours hate to wear coats too... we had them for our greyhounds who REALLY need them... and the coonhounds tend to tear them apart or refuse to go potty with them on... which is not so good if they are housedawgs! We've given up on coats.... LOL...
Have a Great afternoon, Heather

Always a question I get...NOPE! Was in my truck on the way to the feed store to get grain FOR the horses though. A Mack triaxle dump truck turned in front of me and I guess I hit the side of him... totalled both vehicles. Mild concussion, bad whiplash, couple other bangs and bruises. The neck and brain injury keep me from riding(which I lost desire to do any way for some reason...) and the brain keeps me from teaching which I HATED to stop doing... I got on a horse once since and they led me around...felt WIERD to be led! I have the physical memory of how to ride, I could do all the dressage and jumping and stuff I knew... but I have trouble communicating it safely etc... to a student. I still think horses are beautiful... but the "spark' was totally wiped out of my brain that day. LUCKILY I have many other things in my life. I also met Bob again after the accident and after he was widowed...so bad thing led to good (Great) things.
I did break my back when I was 15 and got bucked off a NASTY pony, named BUCKY...on a trail ride at camp with Bob in 1975... That is where I have the most problems now...my spine can't get weak...and I work hard to stay fit.... Working especially hard now so I can go up to NH and COONHUNT with a freind up there!
Sorry... I also have trouble not babbling... Hope it is at least in English...so you understand it all...
BTW... SUPER that that little pup is doing so well with the housebreaking! Maybe she will NOT have to be called "bad dog" after all....
Heather

Heather the only way I can tell your brain isn't right is you let it out when you told me you got bucked of a horse named Bucky. lol That is like a big guy saying a little bitty guy kicked my tail. lol
We have another thing in common. We are both gabby. I will excuse yours if you will mine. Gald to hear you got good out of bad. Sorry you got hurt but sounds like you have a good happy life now and that is great.
I think I am going to feed the pup one more day before I strangle it. ( :

Riding that STUPID pony, Bucky.. all because I was afraid to ride the BIG NEW(quiet perfect) Horse named "Pickle Green" who was named after the guy, Pickle, who used to take me coonhunting...GO FIGURE... I figured the little(nasty rotten) Pony would be an easier ride! LOL... It was a memorable ride for all of us.... Never did see the pony again.... it was sent back to the owners.... (hope that sucker went for dog food too...LOL) I kept riding for a week. DIdn't want to admit I was hurt...I can be that way...
Yes, I was fortunate. My life has been awesome despite some ruff times. I figure I'm strong enough to handle it.
PS... NEVER get on a horse that comes with the NAME BUCKY! LOL...
HappyHunting Etc, Heather
