LED Pro Head

My uncle bought his at the winter classics a couple years ago. He said it died last season. I know the led's are said to last for years so I don't think that is the problem.

Anybody had this happen to their LED Pro Head? Any idea how much it will cost to fix?
The battery is fine, he using the old head again.

there is a 3 year warranty on the head. life time on the bulbs.
