Skuna river
Have Skuna River Fred Female she will be in heat jan. thinking on crossing her to Medley's Homer or Wild Card. Would Homer be to tight what is your thoughts
be ints in a pup ohh when u breed her
????
Would like to hear response from you guys. I have hunted around 17 years now this will be the second time I have ever raised pups. Not interested in trying to get rich off a litter of pups just want to hear from you guys that have made these tight crosses before. I am quite pleased with my Fred bitch and would like to keep those traits. Is homer getting to tight or does there need to be an outcross which I'm thinking wild card?

call me an breed her to my nite ch. 09 atl st. pkc champion riverview stylish whip. he was an extremely early/naturelly straight /big mouth bawl track/awsomr locate/ blow the top out of the tree chop mouth tree dog that can tree any kind of coon and is throwing the same in his pups. he is a son of fred and a dual grand out of cowee creek clint. call me 571-233-5819
would still like to here your thoughts
Could work.
I have a double clover bred female that I bred to Homer. She is out of a Uncle X Neice cross.
Homer is the tightest bred that you can get (Fred X Fred's mother).
I bet Bark would be a good cross. JMO
If your female is black & white like a clover hound or Fred and you want to keep the look I would breed to GrNtCH, PKC CH Double 00 Buckshot (my females sire).
KG
If she was mine I would think real serious about calling Jordan Westrick in northern Ohio and see about breeding her to Short Order. He's out of White Trash...littermate to Mudd Creek Tuff, and Ben Crocker's Quick Flash, which is out of Rock River Cord.Don't know if Jordan is interested in breeding Shorty right now,but that is who I would call first. He is a BIG hunting dog and is good about having a coon by himself. That's where I would start if it where me.

I LIKE THE IDEA OF A WHITEY DOG. I WOULD TALK TO ED CASPER. HE HAS A DOG, CALICO JACK, THAT IS THE REAL DEAL. I HAVE HEARD GOOD THINGS OF JORDANS DOG TOO. FRED ALWAYS CROSSED WELL WITH WHITEY.
I have a nt. ch female out of fred and allens hard knocking sugar ( full sister to hard knocking big moma) that i breed to wild card.I thought about breeding to hoomer also. I have a pup out of hoomer that i like just thought it was to close of a cross noughting against hoomer or mr. medley both are top notch. (pups will be due feb. 1)
