says my pm box is full but its empty? help

I have had 4 or 5 e mails saying that my pm box is full but its not its empty and i keep getting e mails say to clean it out because someone has tried to send me a pm and its full. But i have cleaned it out and i keep getting the emails...anybody had this problem before? what am i supposed to do?

When you go into your PM site you will see a box that says "Inbox." Arrow down on the drop box and click on "sent". I am willing to bet there are a bunch in there. Delete all of them and you should be good to go.
