i got 2 pups the other day and one pup has it puppy papers on it but i lost the other ones puppy papers. i need a duplicate set of puppy papers but i cant get a hold of the man i got the two pups from and on the sheet it asks for his name and signiture..i was wondering if there was any way to get his duplicate pup paper without his signiture

We must have the breeder's signature on the application in order to duplicate puppy papers.
