What do I need to do? I have a DNA certificate from PKC.

Complete one of our Performance Program applications. You can download the applicaiton from our website or you can send me a P.M. with your name & address and I can mail it to you. (If you send me a P.M. please mention the fact that you need a Peformance Nomination application). The fee for the Performance Sire nomination is $100.00 providing we have the application and fee in our office by January 1st.

I can download the form and mail it with the fee. This I now understand. What about DNA? Send copy of PKC certificate with the completed form and fee or what?

You can download the DNA application from our website and send it in to us with a copy of the PKC DNA certificate and a processing fee of $8.00.
