is there any medicine that makes them come in??
thanks

How old is your female?
Has she been in before?
Maybe you possibly missed her this time around? Sometimes their first heat they don't swell alot and sometimes depending what surface you have her on you can miss the blood droplets.
I have a female that only comes in heat once per year like her dam.
Try not to resort to drugs to get them in can screw them up sometimes. Good luck!

My friend has a dog that skipped three years between heat cycles,if she came in,she never swelled or bled and was kept in the same lot with a male.
Though anything is nearly possible, I would guess that these bitches did come into heat, but that the heat was asymptomactic. It is called a "Silent Heat" and cannot be determined through any of the usual means.
A progesterone assay is the best bet in this case.
Sometimes females won't come into heat because of a thyroid problem. There is pills that the dogs take and they come into heat soon after starting treatment. Ask your vet for a test.
